UNICEF
UNICEF is urgently appealing for emergency assistance to aid victims of a devastating earthquake that rocked Haiti. Funds are needed to provide safe water, temporary shelter systems and medical supplies. UNICEF’s country office in Haiti and the regional office located in Panama has deployed emergency teams to assess the situation and determine what the additional emergency needs are for the people of Haiti.
The band wants fan input on what the next single off of ‘This is War’ should be. The choices are Night of the Hunter, Closer to the Edge and This is War. To vote, go to the official website and locate the poll on the sidebar. Then cast your vote.
Also, tracks from the new album are available on Rockband for the xbox 360, PS3 and Nintendo Wii game consoles. The tracks will be available for download from the Rock Band Music Store December 15th for the 360 and Wii and the 17th for the PS3.
Thirty Seconds to Mars music videos for “From Yesterday” and “The Kill” are on the ballot for the Kerrang! Rock 100: Greatest Videos In The Universe!
